WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
A bright bouquet harnesses the joy of summer.
The benefits of flowers extend far beyond their beauty. Join Community Gardens Coordinators Rye Dickson and and Tara Santi in an exploration of bees, flowers, and how they collaborate in nature.
Mosey around the PEAS Farm and discuss which flowers best support pollinators with pollinator expert Rye. Learn some tips for growing and caring for flowers with flower artist Tara, and finish the workshop with a tutorial on flower arrangements and some time to pick and bring home your own bouquet!
**Kiddos and youth are welcome!**
We ask that any participant under the age of 12 is accompanied by an adult.
