Cooking with Kids
The following recipes have been made during garden lessons, farm summer camps, and family-friendly summer cooking classes. We involve children in as many aspects of cooking as possible, from measuring, chopping, grating, to clean-up! Although it may seem like a daunting task at first, it creates lifelong memories for children, positively impacts their health choices and makes them more willing to try new things.
